Student Life
Our school is located in Osaka which is a major economic zone on a level with Tokyo.Many foreign people have lived here over a long period of time, due to its low prices, and friendly people. There are other traditional cities around Osaka, such as Kyoto and Nara, filled with a mix of culture, and a taste of modern day Japan, which are easily accessible.
Cost of living
On average, living expenses including rent, utilities, health insurance, food costs and communication etc. will be about ¥100,000 per month.
Housing
We are able to arrange either individual or shared accommodation for students upon request (near the school, equipped with essential home electrical appliances.)
Students who wish to be introduced to student housing by the school are required to pay an initial housing fee of 165,000 yen together with tuition fees before entering to Japan.
This will cover the initial costs of signing a room contract and the first 1-3 months' rent.
Scholarship
Students with outstanding academic results will have the opportunity to apply for scholarship systems which exempt them from tuition fees, after having fulfilled the necessary requirements of the school.
Part time jobs
After being given permission from our school following your arrival, you will be able to work up to 28 hours per week.
(Example) ¥1,023 x 28 hours x 4 weeks = ¥114,576
Regional exchange
Students will learn practical Japanese language skills, and have the opportunity to indulge in the many, and varied facets of Japanese culture by taking part in regional festivals, or enjoying one of our field trips.
